ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. If you are a guest, please visit the Welcome Desk outside of the Sanctuary and fill out a Connect with Leidy’s Card.
2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the offering pillars at the back of the Sanctuary.
3. Immediately following the service today there will be a Congregational Meeting. The meeting and vote will be to decide whether or not to sell the old church property and Mission House.
4. Get ready to travel to Ireland via VBS. Join us for an Irish Adventure through Psalm 23. In a world full of worry, kids will discover that God cares for them. At Emerald Crossing VBS, they’ll explore Ireland, learn about David the shepherd-king, and see how Psalm 23 leads them from worry to peace, fear to faith, and uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word. Get your passport ready and join the adventure! For kids who have completed K-5th Grade. The date is July 27-31.
5. Congratulations to the almost 70 participants who survived the In Their Shoes mileage challenge! Thank you so much for being a part of this effort and praying for our highlighted missionaries during Missions Month. Special shout-out goes to the 18 people who amassed over 100 miles during this challenge: Bekky Armstrong, Jackson Divens, Dave Doran, Shannon Floczak, Lu Gillis, Karen Haggerty, Mike Hughes, Tosha Kogel, Sue Lindner, Kendall Musselman, Hannah Niederhaus, Jake Niederhaus, Cassy Olsyzk, Judy Ott, Stan Ott, Suren Pakhitigian, Bill Teate, and Elaine Teate. Well done!
6. VBS Donations Needed: Consider donating or lending some items to decorate! Email Bekah if you can provide some of these items: 2 large pots for planters, fake flowers, baskets, wishing well, polyfill, quilt batting, round green tablecloths, floral foam, artificial turf. Check out our Amazon Wishlist for more donation items! Thank you for helping make this year's VBS look amazing!
7. Women’s Sunday School Class – Please join us each Sunday morning as a few of our ladies will be sharing a devotional/scripture lesson or testimony!
8. O.A.S.I.S (55+) Summer Indoor Picnic Wednesday, July 15th at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. You’re invited to join us for food, fellowship, and community. Bring a picnic themed side dish to share and sign up in the narthex or online!
9. When Seasons Change – The widow’s small group will continue to meet through the summer months, third Tuesday of the month at 6:30. Meetings take place in our homes. If you need encouragement and would like to join us or would like us to come to you—please contact Donna or Verna.
10. Young Adults Third Weekends: Join us for movie night on Friday, June 19 beginning at 7:00PM at the home of Justin and Emma Coale. For more info call Justin at 215-589-8173 or contact the office. We hope to see you there!
11. Family Loop to the Scoop: Saturday, July 18 at 6:30pm for young families and couples. Meet us at the church parking lot and take a walk to the Downtown Scoop. Bring some $ for ice cream and stay for fellowship at the Chestnut St. Park. We hope to see you there!
12. Moving Help Needed: Jeannie Horst is in need of help moving in a few weeks. If you are able to help in any way contact Brian Shoemaker or the church office.
