ANNOUNCEMENTS

3. We welcome the Clay and Becky Walter family to Leidy’s Church this morning. Serving with Misson Aviation Fellowship, they are tuned in to mission work in remote places all around the globe. But they reside in Nampa, Idaho, where Clay is Director of Maintenance for the MAF fleet around the globe and Becky serves as Director of Employee Relations. They’ll be hanging out in the narthex after the service and would be glad to speak with you.
4. Summer 2025 VBS Registration is open! If you’re interested in volunteering to be on the décor team to make decorations (starting by mid-June!), teach, assist, or to register a child, register at https:www.leidyschurch.org/vbs, or contact the church office: office@leidyschurch.org. 5. Congratulations to all our graduates. We wish God’s continued work in and through their lives. Graduating from high school are: Anna Heebner, Madeleine Kulp, Cameron Gillis, Ben Divens and Brad Peck.
6. Itching for a picnic but don't like ants? You're invited to join OASIS (Older Adults Sharing In Service, 55+) members & friends, in the Fellowship Hall on Thursday, July 10 from 11:30-2:00 for an indoor picnic! Join us for food, fellowship & community. Bring a picnic themed side dish to share. Hope to see you there! Sign-up on the sheet on the narthex wall or call the church office.
7. Missions Trip - Join Leidy’s Church in the Dominican: August 6-13th! Mandatory Meeting to attend SLMT Jarabacoa, today immediately following the service if you've signed up for this Mission trip, or are interested in going, please join us for this informational meeting!
8. Sunday School in July will look a little different! Everyone—including kids—will meet in the Fellowship Hall for a time of fellowship and table discussions. This will give our Sunday School teachers a chance to join in as there will be no formal Sunday School classes. We’re excited to connect and grow as a church family!
9. Interested in offering support for the SLMT Jarabacoa, DR trip? If you would like to offer support (financial or prayer) to someone going on this trip, please email or contact the church office and we will get you connected!
10. Brian Radcliff is in need of more help for the two work weeks on the Carriage House down at Life Turning Point Philly. Those weeks are: July 21-25/6 and August 11-15/6. There is a sign-up on the wall in the narthex or you can speak with Brian for more details.
11. Wanted... YOU! We need YOU to bring Wonder Junction to life! Bring your Western accent, maybe even a good mustache and a willingness to serve our kids by performing in our VBS evening skits. No previous theater experience necessary, just your best acting skills and availability for evening performances at VBS! We particularly need a gang of bad guys. July 28-August 1. See Donna Frueh for more information.
12. Samaritan’s Purse Relief Trip to North Carolina is being planned by the Mission Committee. The dates are Oct. 12-17. If this is of interest to you, please let the church office know. A planning meeting with more details will be forthcoming.
