ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. If you are a guest, please visit the Welcome Desk outside of the Sanctuary and fill out a Connect with Leidy’s Card.
2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the offering pillars at the back of the Sanctuary.
3. The Zion Choral Choir will be at Leidy’s Church this afternoon, the concert begins at 3:00.
4. Leidy’s Christmas Craft & Gift Sale. This Saturday from 9am-2pm. Step away from Amazon, grab a friend and your Christmas gift list and join us! The Fellowship Hall will be transformed with exceptional treasures and many local handcrafted items for family and friends. Delicious breakfast baked goods and lunch items will also be available for purchase. Happy Shopping! Our talented crafters and vendors have many great items for you!
5. Thanksgiving Eve Service, November 26 at 6pm. Join us for a time of worship, a short sermon and shared thanksgivings.
6. Come help Leidy’s Church get ready for Christmas! Saturday, November 29th is our decorating day. All décor has already been planned and purchased, but we need lots of extra hands to get everything in place. We’ll be starting at 9 am and hope to finish before noon. 7. Advent Workshop, Sunday, November 30th from 4:00-6:00pm, in the Fellowship Hall. Join us for an evening of fun, building Christmas crafts together, food, and fellowship! Pizza and drinks provided – please bring a dessert to share. Craft sign-ups and samples are on the table outside the Fellowship Hall. Parents, please help younger children pick an appropriate age craft. All are welcome!
8. Community Groups are starting. Join one of the three groups that still have openings! Contact the office for more info.
9. 10 tickets have been purchased for the CrossCon Young Adult Conference in Kentucky. We will be traveling by van on Tuesday, Dec. 30th and return Sunday, Jan. 4th. Leidy’s Church is helping to offset some of the costs, but you would be responsible for some of it. If interested, please contact Justin Coale 215-589-8173 for more details.
10. The Souderton Christmas Parade happens on Saturday, December 6th. If you would like to be a part of it, you can sign up online or call the church office.
11. The Mission Committee meets this Thursday evening at 7pm in the Conference Room.
12. O.A.S.I.S. Christmas Luncheon happens on Wednesday, December 10th from 11:30-1:30. There will be the usual sign-up sheet in the hallway (which helps us know how many folks to prepare for, so please sign up early!). Come for a lively lunch and carol singing, warm fellowship and happy familiar faces and to wish each other a Merry Christmas!!
13. New Women's Sunday School class: Beginning next Sunday and continuing thru mid-December: An Unlikely Advent. Please join us to focus on the experiences of a few overlooked characters in the Nativity story.
