2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the Get Connected pillars at the back of the Sanctuary.
3. Get to know Leidy’s Church! If you’re new to Leidy’s and want to explore what we’re about—here is the perfect way to do it. Welcome to Leidy’s is a relaxed gathering that allows you to meet with Pastor Darren and other leaders, learn more about Leidy’s Church, and have your questions answered. Lunch and childcare will be provided. Date is September 21st from 11:30 to 12:30 in Rm. 211. Sign up online or call the office.
4. Sign-Up Cut Off is tomorrow at noon for the BMCE Business & Professional Breakfast that takes place this Thursday morning at the Franconia Heritage banquet facility beginning at 6:30. The special speaker is Mike Reichenbach, former linebacker with the Philadelphia Eagles. Tickets are available from Jack Parry, John Niederhaus, and the church office. Tickets are $25 p/person.
5. Kids Quest is set to begin soon and there are several volunteer positions open. There is a need for Table Parents, Team Guides, Check In and Check Out Greeters, Assistants, Kitchen help and more! Kids Quest begins on September 24th. Contact Bekah at bekah.kulp@leidyschurch.org if you’d like to join the team!
6. You're invited to join OASIS at their Fall Luncheon on Thursday, September 25 from 11:30-2:00. Come together with friends to enjoy an afternoon filled with laughter and fellowship! Soup will be provided - bring your favorite dessert sides to share. Hope to see you there! You can sign up on-line or the sheet in the narthex.
7. Join us for a Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, September 27th. Beginning at 8:00am in the Fellowship Hall. The guest speaker will be Pastor Darren DePaul. You can sign up via the church website or the signup on the narthex wall.
8. The 13th Annual Pastors Masters Golf Event which supports Love Cradle will be held next Monday, September 22nd at the Indian Valley Country Club. If you would like to golf, sponsor or donate, please go the website: https://thepastorsmasters.com/.
9. Be Their Voice: Join us as we run & walk for life together! Crossroads Pregnancy Care 5K Run & Walk, October 4th at the Park at 4th in Quakertown. For more information call them at 215-538-7003 or contact them at www.crossroads5k.com.
10. A Fall Congregational Meeting is set for Sunday, September 28 at 11:30 AM in the Sanctuary. Three men will be nominated for Deacons for Consistory: Brandon Kehs, Mark Kostishion, and Jim Kulp. There will also be an update on the parsonage renovation. We invite all members and regular attenders to participate in this event! There will be NO Childcare for this meeting.
11. Interested in helping keep Leidy’s kitchen sparkling? We’re looking for a 2–3 person team to stop by twice a month (or after special events) to tidy and organize the space, ensure the counters are clean, and keep track of supplies and notify the office when things are running low. 12. Membership Class: The next Membership Class will be on October 5, 12, and 19. Join us to learn what we believe, who we are, where we're headed, and how you can get involved. This 3-week course is designed to help you get connected and explore the meaning and benefits of church membership. Register online or email the office at office@leidyschurch.org.
