1.    If you are new here and would like to know more about Jesus, Leidy’s Church, and how to get connected, please fill out the Get Connected Card and put it in the Get Connected box on the left-hand side of the doors when you leave.

2.    As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the Get Connected pillars.

3.    VBS begins tomorrow! Please be in prayer for the leaders and all the children who will be attending.

4.    Thank You to all the folks who provided snacks and breakfast treats, and other supplies for the two weeks of SLMT at Life Turning Point Philly! Many hands make light work! God blessed us (again) with many willing hands and hearts. And to all those who labored on very, very hot days–thank YOU so much!”

5.    Ron and Kathy Moyer wish to thank their Leidy’s Church family for the cards, thoughts, and prayers on their behalf the last few weeks involving his brother Scott’s illness and since his death.

6.    The O.A.S.I.S. Amish Dinner in Lancaster is set for Thursday, September 7th at 12 noon. Cost for meal is $18 per person. Sign up is on the wall by the elevator. Last day to sign up is August 27th.

7.    Huge Bundles of Thanks to Brian Radcliff and Sherman Focht who have headed up two SLMT work weeks at Life Turning Point Philly this summer. They’ve done extraordinary service and have helped the project get a good start on rehabilitating the Carriage House into two apartments. Thanks, guys.

8.    Confirmation Class will begin in early September. Pastor Niederhaus will be teaching the class. For youth who have not been part of the class previously, but would like to join now, please contact the church office. There may be one or two adult slots still open – if interested, speak with Pastor Niederhaus.

9.    Huge Bundles of Thanks to Jacqui Shafer who coordinated the food for the two SLMT work weeks this summer. It ran like a well-oiled machine! Jacqui was at church each morning by 6 am (usually accompanied by her husband Bob) to get all things lined up for the daily dietary and hydration needs of the team members, and, to get the coffee going and some breakfast snacks out and available. Thanks, lady.
